Your Horse Live!

Today we had the great pleasure of watching some excellent demonstrations at Your Horse Live. We photographed a teaching event held by Lucy Killingbeck at the Dodson and Horrell Arena, which was a great opportunity to see the difference between different horse breeds and how they move, from what angles they are best viewed and photographed, and how to motivate horses to get the best from them from a judge's viewpoint. Fortunately the same things that judges are looking for are also important features of a horse photo. In East Anglia there are many opportunities to photograph equestrian sports, as we are blessed to have the College of West Anglia which holds events with famous eventers and horse sports such as Horse Ball.
